Ganking/Roaming wins games

For those of you that doesn't already know I main top lane. I recently realized the importance of ganking, and that it wins games. So I play Jayce a lot and and after I gain an advantage(getting a kill ) on the enemy  champion they end up just hugging the turret and I can't seem to kill them most of the time. Recently I decided to focus more on roaming when I can and whenever the enemy mid pushes I push my lane and go for a gank. This allowed me to get a lot of kills sometimes even two at the same time because the enemy jungler was ganking. Overall roaming increases your presence in the game and helps your team win the game opposed to just denying the enemy a few creeps.

Top lane counters

Hello, today I just wanted to make a note for myself about general rule about top lane counters

Gap-closer(wukong etc) > Range(Jayce, Rumble etc.) > Sustain/Tank(Cho'gath,Garen) >Gap-Closer

It's important to note that counters are not everything and there are some irregulars that does not fit in this, and it is important to analyze each champions skills/items(Ex: Irelia has a gap closer and can get ridiculous sustain after first recall). However this is what I found this to be generally true in my time playing top lane.

Items/keybindings

Hello it's me Sleepy again and today I want to write about what I been learning lately. So until a while ago I followed guides from MobaFire very strictly. But for some reason I got into doing more unorthodox thing like changing keybinding items etc for the past few months and here is what I learned.

1.You should take full advantage of functions like auto attack command and smartcast
2. Since season 3 their is a lot more starting items and you should learn when to use different ones
3. Do not follow guides and always seek for items that might work better in your situation.

And that's what I'v been up to with League lately, also I'm learning Rumble and relearning Wukong.

First game as Jayce with Muramana&SmartCast

So now that I know how to use Muramana correctly with Jayce I decided to play a game by using some smart cast as well. I gotta say it was just amazing. First the EQ combo on cannon can be done much faster which makes them harder to dodge and the QE combo on the hammer form with smartcast is good as well. I think I'm gonna use smart cast from now on but I'm probably gonna change the key for it since Shift is kind of awkward. Sooo the Muramana? It was amazing the damage was just like 3shots boom your dead with his W on cannon form. My first game I went 10/6 and carried the game so I'm very glad I tried smart cast and learned how to correctly use Muramana. Oh and note to self acceleration gate grants vision. That's all bye~~~~
